Inspired by our pizza masterclass at Franco Manca’s, I thought I would have a go at making a quicker flatbread.
Chermoula is a North African marinade and sauce. It tastes great and is very versatile – like a spicy salsa verde that can be used for roasting any fish and white meat.
‘My kinda’ meal. Bread, chicken, yogurt, peas and pasta – all eaten with the hands. Seriously good food.’
